It is only 2 years of your life. That is it! If you start now and try to work your way up with no MBA or major in business, your chances of getting with a top investment banking institution is low! As for the MBA, you should look into trying to get into a top 10 MBA program. Also, take the GMAT before you apply~ Good Luck, Doctor! I recommend that you go to school and get your MBA. It is only 2 years of your life. That is it!

I bought this book because i was sick and tired of having other real estate agents steal REO deals from me. There is one section called “Multiple Offer Monster” which talks about how agents use 3 shady tactics to rob offers for their clients. This book is worth every cent. In my opinion it should be priced at over $30 especially since its almost 500 pages. Anyways, excellent REO blueprint.
