David Wilson is the Chairman of the Ontario Securities Commission. He is interviewed by Evan Solomon of CBC News Sunday in an investigative report called `Who`s Guarding Your Money?’ that was aired on Nov. 23, 2008. David Wilson is the former Vice Chairman of the Bank of Nova Scotia and the CEO of its investment banking division, Scotia Capital Markets.
